Terms of Service

Please give accurate details and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for orders placed from your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

• Prices are in Philippine pesos and are shown before you place your order.
• Some custom work — unusual sizes, quantities or finishes — is priced by quotation. Message us and we will quote before you commit.
• Your order is accepted once we confirm it. If a price was shown in error, we will contact you before going ahead, and you may cancel.
• Colours on screen can look different from colours in print, and may vary slightly between materials and print runs.

• You keep ownership of the designs, logos and photos you give us. You allow us to use them only to produce, deliver and support your order.
• You confirm you have the right to print everything you send us — including logos, photographs, brand names and characters that belong to others.
• We may refuse to print anything that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, or is offensive.
• We print what you send or approve. Please check spelling, names, dates and numbers carefully. Low-resolution images will print blurry at large sizes; we will tell you when we notice, but the final quality depends on the files provided.

• The design tool, its templates, fonts and AI features are provided to help you create designs for printing with us.
• AI features can make mistakes. Check everything they produce before you order.
• Do not use the tool to make government IDs, official documents or anything that pretends to come from a person or organisation you are not authorised to represent. Company and school IDs are fine when you are authorised to make them.

We accept cash on delivery, GCash, bank transfer and the other methods shown at checkout. For custom printing we may ask for full or partial payment before we start production. We do not store your card details.

You can cancel an order from your account while its status is still Order Placed. Once we have confirmed an order we may already have committed time and materials to it, so please message us — cancellation may then no longer be possible, or only in part. If you have already paid for an order that is cancelled, we will refund you through a method we agree with you.

• We deliver directly within Tagbilaran City and ship elsewhere through LBC, J&T, bus or van services. You can also pick up your order.
• Delivery fees are shown at checkout. For some options you pay the rider or courier directly.
• Delivery and production times are estimates. We will tell you if your order will be late.
• Please make sure your delivery address and contact number are correct and that someone can receive the order.

Please check your order when you receive it. If something is damaged, misprinted or different from what you approved, contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will reprint it or refund you. This does not cover mistakes in text or files you approved, or small colour differences between screen and print. Your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines are not affected.

Please do not misuse the website — for example by trying to access other people's accounts or orders, interfering with how it works, or copying its content for commercial use without our permission.

We do our best to make every order right. As far as the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to reprinting it or refunding what you paid for it, and we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits or event costs.

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version in force when you place an order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines.
